Booking your session:

To secure your session please use our online booking system. A deposit of £22 is taken at the time of booking and the rest is payable by cash or bank transfer on the day of your sessoin.

If you must reschedule your booking a minimum of 48 hours is required to retain your deposit to use against another date/ time.

Cancellations, Late Arrival & No-shows:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are early and someone lets you into the building please take a seat in reception until we come to collect you so that we do not disturb other clients.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. We appreciate that life happens and sometimes plans change however our cancellation policy is in place to protect our business.

If less than the notice period is given for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments we are entitled to keep 100% of the paid treatment value and a further payment should be made for any future appointments booked.

Lateness for your appointment will result in the treatment time being reduced. The full value of the exchange is still payable for all late arrival appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it is at our discretion whether the treatment can go ahead, we reserve the right to charge a refused treatment due to lateness at full rate.

With respect, please note that no-shows will not be welcomed back. Full rate payment for no-shows are retained with no refunds offered.

House Keeping:

Our home is a no shoe zone. You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering the treatment room. We have a cosy pair of slippers for you to keep your tootsies warm.

Before we start your treatment please mute your mobile phone as we wish to be fully present during your treatment without distractions. This ensures full relaxation for you and full concentration for us.

We will not tolerate any abusive language or behavior of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if any client is abusive towards us. Similarly we reserve the right to refuse treatment if you show up for your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
