Booking Info & Terms of Service

Where:
Our sessions are now exclusively online unless you are attending one of our Women’s Circles or Retreats. The address details for those will be shared with you prior to booking and upon receipt of your exchange.
Booking your session:
To secure your session please use our online booking system. Full payment is required to schedule your booking and is non refundable unless 48 hours notice is given.
If you must reschedule or cancel your booking a minimum of 48 hours is required.
Cancellations, Late Arrival & No-shows:
Please join your session using the unique meeting link that is sent to you in the confirmation email, and arrive on time.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. We appreciate that life happens and sometimes plans change however our cancellation policy is in place to protect our business.
If less than the notice period is given we are entitled to keep 100% of the payment and a further payment should be made for any future appointments booked.
Lateness for your appointment will result in the session time being reduced or cancelled at our discretion. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment it is at our discretion whether the treatment can go ahead.
With respect, please note that no-shows will not be welcomed back. Payments for no-shows are retained with no refunds offered.
